The Garden Room

Enjoy the cozy feeling you get from the warm inviting atmosphere of this room with its King Size bed and oversized pillows to add that extra touch of comfort. It shares our Victorian style bathroom with our Patriot Room. This bathroom features a tub or massaging shower to help you relax.

The Mahogany Room

This beautiful bedroom invites you in to enjoy the elegant feeling you get from the rich looking Queen-sized Antique Mahogany bedroom set, satin bedding, down comforter and elegant bathroom featuring a lovely shower to pamper yourself in. This room also overlooks our gardens.

The Black & White Room

This spacious master bedroom takes you back in time with its luxurious Antique bedroom furniture featuring a Queen size bed, a lovely bathroom with a massaging shower to help you relax and two window seats, all to make you feel right at home.

About The Inn

• All rates include our delicious full breakfast
  
• All rates are for double occupancy, $20.00 per night for an additional person
  
• In season rates are for a two or more night stay, additional $10.00 for a one night stay
  
• We do have weekly rates, please call or email to inquire about them
  
• New York State and Warren County Occupancy Tax not included in rates
  
• Each room has cozy bathrobes for our guests to enjoy but not take home
  
• Each bathroom is furnished with toiletries. If there is something you need, please ask
  
• Hair dryers available upon request
  
• Check In Time: After 3:00pm
  
• Check Out Time: 11:00am

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• Major Credit Card will hold reservations
  
• Check or Money Orders are accepted
  
• Payment in full is required upon arrival
  
• Normal Cancellation Policy is 72 hours prior to day of arrival
• August the Cancellation Policy is one week prior to arrival date
• Americade Cancellation Policy is 14 days prior to June 1
• Penalty for late cancellations if room can not be rebooked is: Full charge for 1-2 night stays, A minimum of Two nights for longer stays
• 50% non-refundable deposit is required for any in-season booking of 2 or more rooms OR 4 or more nights
